Presentations are the story of your project - from early sketches and inspiration, through prototypes and more developed ideas, presentations highlight the pieces of the process that led each student to their latest project.

In this activity, you will compile and create your final presentation, which will become part of your online portfolio of work, able to be shared with the public.

Deliverables

1: Upload your Visual Presentation to the Responses tab above.

2. Present your Project: tell your class or audience the story of your design process. 3-5 minutes. Receive feedback.

Alternatively, you can use Google Slides, and then post the Sharable Link in a post; however, you must set your share settings to "Anyone with the Link" can "View" (see image below)

End-of-Studio Reflection

Elements of Design

in the Classroom

End-of-studio reflections are a key milestone to mark the end of the studio process. During the end-of-studio reflection, we will do a combination of individual and group reflections on key insights gained during the design phases and how those insights can translate into your classrooms and schools.

Instructions

Using sticky notes, select a few design phases to reflect upon and on the top half of the sticky note write one (1) insight per sticky note and on the bottom half of the sticky note write how this insight can be transferable to your learning environment.

  1. Individual Reflection (7 min): Individually reflect and write down your insights and transferable insights on your stick notes.
  2. Small Group Reflection (10 min): At your table cohorts, share your reflections with one another.
  3. Pin Up (5 min): Pin up your stick notes with the respective design phase.
  4. Big Group reflection (10 min): As a larger group, we will share out a few reflections.
